2. Type of Finish

There are many different types of finishes for hardwood flooring. Typically, most hardwood floors come varieties of gloss, from low gloss to high gloss. There are also low gloss, matte finish, options available as well.

There are also pre-finished, or unfinished options available. Unfinished floors are sanded and finished on site. Where as pre-finished flooring is factory applied and typically receives multiple coats of sealant.

3. Cost and Installation
